Our Opportunity to you
We are looking for a passionate and motivated Physiotherapist to join our dynamic community-based team in Essendon West. This role will support you to work to the top of your clinical scope, providing quality care across a variety of work settings and caseloads.
Full time position available, offering a fulfilling career that aligns with your professional and personal goals.
As a Remedy Community Physiotherapist, you will:
Deliver evidence-based assessments, recommendations and active interventions for a range of programs in the comfort of our customers' homes:
Hospital substitution programs (Rehab at Home, Hospital in the home): Acute and sub-acute rehabilitation in the home.
Government Aged Care programs (Home Care Package, Short Term Restorative Care, Commonwealth Home Support Programs): supporting our ageing population to stay well and independent at home.
Work independently in the community and collaborate closely with our multi-disciplinary team for optimal patient outcomes
Engage in our clinical supervision program with a designated supervisor

Preferred: Community or hospital Physiotherapy experience
Qualifications: Physiotherapy degree with unrestricted AHPRA registration
Requirement: Valid driver's licence, insured roadworthy vehicle
