Looking for a role that’s as rewarding as it is scenic? Join Programmed and lead a dedicated housekeeping team on Rottnest Island — one of WA’s most iconic destinations. As we gear up for the island’s busiest season, we’re looking for a hands-on Team Leader who thrives in a fast-paced, outdoor environment and enjoys variety in their day.

Offering $37.15 per hour (inclusive of 25% casual loading)

- Ferry departs Fremantle at 7:00 AM

What You’ll Be Doing

- Lead and coordinate a team of housekeepers across multiple sites

- Inspect and monitor cleaning standards and team performance

- Ensure high standards of cleanliness across accommodation areas including bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, BBQ areas, and living spaces

- Perform hands-on cleaning duties alongside your team

- Work in all weather conditions and lift items up to 10kg

What We’re Looking For

- Proven housekeeping experience

- Previous team leader or supervisory experience

- Strong attention to detail and high cleaning standards

- Comfortable working both indoors and outdoors

- Excellent time management and communication skills

- WA Driver’s Licence

- Flexibility to work across weekdays, weekends, and public holidays

- A professional, can-do attitude and a passion for leading by example
