Job Duties (please note full training will be provided and experience is not essential):

- Screening CVs and conducting telephone and face-to-face interviews.
- Reading driver tour schedules and breaking down routes to debrief drivers on their tours.
- Account managing to grow each client in all areas possible to maximize GP.
- Inputting daily driver details and VRN onto the customer database, updating as needed.
- Setting KPIs/daily planners for yourself.
- Performing daily candidate specification activities.
- Conducting daily telephone check-ins with clients to ensure all candidates are onsite.
- Placing adverts across all accessible job boards.
- Making sales calls from lead generation/drop-ins.
- Being available out of hours on a rota shared between 2 branches to deal with client emergencies.
- Visiting existing clients to ensure service standards are met.
- Referencing all workers and ensuring candidate packs and client files meet audit standards.
