Our Medical Imaging team based inBallina are on the lookout for aCasual Medical Receptionistto join them in providing the best service and care to our patients.

As a casual team member you will provide coverage for unplanned and holiday leave across our Reception team in our Ballina clinic. This position is responsible for managing both in person and phone/computer based service to patients and practitioners, being able to multitask and provide high attention to detail is essential.

Working hours will be across 8.30am – 5pm, Monday to Friday,as this is a Casual support role there are no set days for this postion.

You will be responsible for all reception duties including:

- Customer service and care including greeting patients at the front desk, taking, and directing incoming telephone calls
- Make radiology exam bookings
- General Clerical Duties
- Patient record management with exceptional data entry skills
- Liaising with other receptionist, referring doctors and other medical professionals in a courteous manner
- Medicare, DVA, Health fund and work cover billing and banking
