Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled and proactive Security Engineer with hands-on expertise in Cisco Web Security Appliance (WSA), Cisco Umbrella, and Cisco Email Security Appliance (ESA). The ideal candidate will also bring working knowledge of Cisco FMC, Cisco ISE, Microsoft Global Secure Access (GSA), ServiceNow Security Operations, and Vulnerability Management tools and processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot Cisco WSA, Cisco Umbrella, and Cisco ESA solutions.
- Support administration and integration of Cisco Firepower Management Center (FMC) and Cisco Identity Services Engine (ISE).
- Implement and support Zero Trust Network Access (ZTNA) strategies using Microsoft GSA or similar platforms.
- Manage and optimize service workflows in ServiceNow, including incident, problem, and change management within the Security Operations module.
- Conduct vulnerability scanning, assessment, remediation coordination, and risk reporting.
- Participate in security incident response and forensic analysis as needed.
- Continuously monitor security infrastructure to identify and respond to threats.
- Develop and maintain security documentation, architecture diagrams, and standard operating procedures.
- Collaborate with IT, DevOps, and compliance teams to ensure security best practices across the organization.
- Contribute to security audits, compliance initiatives, and internal risk assessments.
Must-Have Technical Skills:
- 3+ years of experience with Cisco WSA, Umbrella, and ESA.
- Experience with Cisco FMC and Cisco ISE configuration and troubleshooting.
- Strong understanding of network protocols, proxy configurations, DNS-layer security, and mail filtering.
- Familiarity with ZTNA frameworks, especially using Microsoft GSA or similar solutions.
- Working knowledge of ServiceNow Security Operations, or ITSM processes in a security context.
- Experience with vulnerability management tools such as Tenable, Qualys, Rapid7, or similar.
- Solid grasp of firewall, endpoint protection, identity management, and SIEM systems.
