Overview

Paediatric Occupational Therapist – Experienced or New Grad - Cairns, Queensland.

Employment Type: Permanent – Full-Time.

Practice Information

This paediatric multidisciplinary private practice is operated out of a modern clinic and offers speech pathology, occupational therapy and early childhood intervention to children. They work with those with and without disabilities, under NDIS, Medicare and private referrals.

Responsibilities

- Providing best-practice assessment and occupational therapy services to children in our modern clinic.
- Writing assessment and progress reports, including FCAs, sensory profiles and NDIS review reports.
- Liaising with families and other professionals.
- Maintaining and expanding your knowledge base.
- Sharing your knowledge with the rest of the team.
- Providing a mobile service to surrounding areas, which would attract a travel allowance.

Qualifications & Experience

- Bachelor of Occupational Therapy or higher
- Blue Card for Working with Children
- Registration with AHPRA
- Eligibility to Obtain a Medicare Provider Number
- Australian Driver's License

Salary & Benefits

- $86,000 - $119,000 per annum.
- 12% Superannuation
- 17.5% Annual Leave Loading
- Professional Development Program
