About the Role:
Are you a dynamic and experienced retail manager looking for an exciting new challenge? Our client, a well-respected and household Australian brand, is seeking a motivated Pharmacy Retail Manager to lead their thriving team.
About Our Client:

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations of the pharmacy retail store, ensuring smooth and efficient processes.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of pharmacy staff to achieve sales targets and provide outstanding customer service.
- Manage inventory, including stock ordering, rotation, and control.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory and company policies and procedures.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional and courteous manner.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Proven experience in retail management; pharmacy experience is ideal but not essential.
- Resilient, with a strong-willed and determined attitude.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and drive a team to success.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze data and make informed business decisions.
- A passion for customer service and a commitment to creating a positive shopping experience.
- Full Unrestricted Australian Working Rights Required
