This is a hands-on role where you'll learn everything needed to become a confident and capable digital loss adjuster.**About the Role**As a **Digital Adjuster**, you'll be part of a collaborative team using innovative technology to assess and manage property claims. You’ll be trained to:* Perform digital adjusting using field and digital tools* Investigate the cause and extent of loss and determine policy coverage* Communicate proactively with clients and customers about findings and solutions* Calculate repair or replacement costs and review scopes of work* Deliver an exceptional claims experience through teamwork and customer focus**About You**We’re looking for someone who’s ready to learn and grow:* Experience in a corporate support role (insurance experience a plus)* Passionate about customer service and helping others* Quick learner with an interest in technology* Committed to completing a professional industry qualification (e.g. ANZIIF)* A team player who can also work independently**Caring Culture**It’s at the heart of everything we do, and we show we care by living our core values: Empathy, Accountability, Inclusion, Collaboration, and Growth.
