What you’ll be doing:

- Support the Store Manager and Assistant Manager to lead by example, delivering great customer service and team engagement.

- Take a hands‑on role in store operations, merchandising, and maintaining high standards.

- Complete store processes each shift—serving customers, processing stock, tidying the store, and ensuring everything is ready for trade.

- Lead by example in every task, setting the tone for teamwork, pace, and pride in presentation.

- Help create a safe, inclusive, and high‑performing store environment.

- Learn to coach and support team members, building capability and confidence.
