Ventia's Telecommunication Team is searching for a Quality Assurance Lead, who will ensure control measures are in place within the quality framework, which includes documentation, compliance, process and structure for the project. Candidates nationwide are encouraged to apply.

About the Role

Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

- Create and maintain effective relationships with maintenance, operations and construction teams.
- Monitor, measure and record compliance within internal and external systems
- Coordinate and undertake QA audits
- Provide reporting compliance with quality standards
- Assist with Adhoc ISO and Comcare audits as released
- Other ad-hoc duties as required

Required Skills and Experience

To be successful in your application, your experience will ideally include:

- Must have 3+ years' experience in a similar role
- Telstra Exchange and/or power systems exposure/experience - advantageous
- Competency in MS Office and Sharepoint systems
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- A demonstrated ability to achieve goals
- A practical approach with flexible interpersonal and organisational skills
