In this role, you/'ll help design and lead play-based learning activities for little ones (6 months to 5 years). Welcome to Buggles Baldivis Child Care and Early Learning Centre—the vibrant heart of our community We’re all about creating a space where kids thrive, and we’re proud to serve families from Baldivis, Waikiki, Warnbro, Port Kennedy, and beyond.

Our centre offers long day care and kindergarten for children aged 6 weeks to 6 years, and we’re open from 6:30 AM to 6:30 PM. With a capacity of up to 92 children, we focus on building a nurturing, dynamic environment where every child can grow, explore, and succeed.

About You – What You Bring to the Team

You're more than qualified—you’re passionate, motivated, and ready to make a real difference in the lives of little learners. Here’s what we’re looking for:

- Childcare Qualified
You hold an ACECQA-approved Certificate 3 or Diploma in Children’s Services and are confident in your skills (also open to those working towards their childcare qualifications)
- Framework-Savvy
You’ve got a solid understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standards (NQS)—and know how to bring them to life in a fun, engaging way.
- Experience with Young Children
You've worked in early learning environments with children aged 0–5 and know how to create safe, supportive, and playful spaces.
- Great Communicator
Whether it’s chatting with families, connecting with your team, or documenting learning—your verbal and written communication skills shine.
- Safety Ready
You have a current Working with Children Check and First Aid Certificate (including CPR, Asthma, and Anaphylaxis training).
