The Role

This is a role that is available as a result of the growth of the business and the heavy investment in the success and steady expansion of the Sydney office.

You will work closely with the Sydney Lead, Business Development Manager, Directors and senior leadership team to help deliver a wide range of projects and to assist and facilitate the growth of this office.

You will have a high level of client engagement and so will have ample opportunities to enhance your reputation and standing with clients.

The Responsibilities

Based within their Sydney office, you will be responsible for:

- Delivering a wide range of traffic engineering projects that will include TIA's, CTMP's, report writing, Road Safety Audits and Traffic Management Design.
- Having a high level of client engagement.
- The autonomy to structure your workload with the ongoing support and mentoring of senior staff
- You will play a key part in the growth of the office and will help with the expansion of the team.
- If people leadership is of interest to you, then there will be ample opportunities for this, although it is not a pre-requisite of this role.

The Requirements

This role requires you to demonstrate:

- Upwards of 5 years of experience working as a Traffic Engineer within a consulting environment within NSW
- Strong communication skills
- A proven track record of completing TIA's, CTMP's and Road Safety Audits
- The drive and passion to want to push your career to the next level and to be a part of a growing office
- Full working rights in Australia
