We are seeking a professional, compassionate, and highly organized Scheduler to join our team. This pivotal role is key to ensuring clients receive seamless, personalised support by effectively managing client enquiries, building strong relationships, and coordinating staff and client rostering.
As a Scheduler you will Be Responsible For:
- Client Enquiries: Respond promptly and professionally to client and family inquiries, providing information with empathy and ensuring every interaction is positive and supportive.
- Relationship Development: Develop and nurture meaningful relationships with clients, their families, and our care team. Build trust and confidence in our services by fostering a client-focused, person-centred approach.
- Rostering Management: Efficiently oversee staff and client scheduling to ensure optimal care delivery. Adapt and respond to changing needs, balancing staff availability with clients’ care requirements to maintain high-quality standards and continuity of care.
This role is ideal for a compassionate, detail-oriented professional dedicated to improving the lives of clients through reliable, well-coordinated care.

- Scheduling Experience: Skilled in managing complex schedules and workloads.
- Client-Centric: Genuine commitment to client-first service.
- Strong Communication: Excellent verbal and written skills.
- Detail-Oriented: Ensures accuracy in scheduling.
- Tech-savvy: Quick to learn new systems and software.
- Compliance: Current National Police Clearance.
- Team Player: Collaborative with a focus on organizational goals.

- Aged Care Experience: Familiarity with aged care or healthcare settings; preference for experience in community care.
- Crisis Management: Ability to remain calm under pressure, with strong problem-solving skills.

- Qualifications: Certificate III in Aged Care preferred.
