Temp Station is delighted to announce that we are currently recruiting an Experienced Driving Recruitment Consultant to join our established branch in the Normanton (WF6) area.

Temp Station Ltd was founded in 2012 by two senior managers from the transport and logistics sector of recruitment, bringing together over 35 years of experience. Both partners have worked for national and international recruitment businesses and grew frustrated with the red tape, politics, inflexibility, and financial restraints of larger firms.

With a clear vision to work openly, honestly, and with integrity for both candidates and clients, we prioritize transparency in every aspect of the recruitment process, including pricing. Our retention of candidates and clients—some for over 15 years—testifies to this commitment in a competitive market.

Job Duties:

1. Screen CVs and conduct telephone and face-to-face interviews.
2. Read driver tour schedules and debrief drivers on routes.
3. Account manage to grow each client and maximize gross profit.
4. Set KPIs and daily plans.
5. Perform daily candidate activity and sourcing.
6. Make daily telephone check-ins with clients to ensure candidates are onsite.
7. Advertise across all accessible job boards.
8. Make sales calls from lead generation and perform drop-in visits.
9. Be available for out-of-hours client emergencies on a rota shared between branches.
10. Conduct service visits to existing clients to ensure standards are met.
11. Reference check all workers and ensure candidate packs and client files meet audit standards.
12. Update the database with all candidate and client information.
