Title: Early Childhood Educator (Diploma), Temporary - Full-time Role, 38 hours per week
Salary Range: $74,312.8 to $86,363.83 per annum + super (subject to skills and experience)
Northern Beaches Council has successfully secured Retention Grant funding to support wage increases for eligible early childhood education positions. For the duration of thus funding, the adjusted salary range will be $80,907.93 to $93,106.09.

1. Develop, plan, and implement a quality program that reflects the Early Years Learning Framework.
2. Contribute to the effective delivery of Early learning Services by supporting colleagues, sharing ideas and information, and working collaboratively.
3. Create a stimulating environment to foster & support children's development.
4. Build and maintain strong relationships with children, families, educators and the community.
