About the role

Provide supervision, guidance and support to Supported Employees, empowering them to perform work tasks and achieve their employment and personal goals as detailed in their Individual Employment Plans, while achieving commercial outcomes. Working hours are Monday to Friday with a choice of patterns: 7:30am to 3:30pm or 8:00am to 4:00pm.

Role Responsibilities

- Coordinate and allocate tasks to supported employees.
- Assist with day-to-day operations of the factory to ensure a safe environment for all.
- Ensure timely provision of all mandatory reporting to meet the requirements of the Operations Manager.
- Work closely with the Operations Manager and other management to review operational processes and implement initiatives supporting continuous service delivery improvement.
- This is a hands-on role in a fast-paced environment.

About you

- Warehouse experience
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Experience or ability to supervise people with disability (training provided)
- Understanding of issues affecting people with disability and their families
- High-reach forklift licence is highly desirable
- Current First Aid certificate required
