Underground Mine Surveyor – FIFO 8:6 Roster

Engineering Trades Australia (ETA) is recruiting for an experienced Underground Mine Surveyor to join a leading gold mining operation in Western Australia. This role offers a great opportunity to work with an established mining team on a long‑term project, with strong support and career development pathways.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct detailed underground mine surveys and pickups.

- Maintain and manage the underground control network.

- Provide accurate design mark‑ups, volume calculations, and stope reconciliations.

- Prepare mine plans and statutory reporting to a high standard.

- Support survey team members and liaise closely with engineers and geologists.

About You

- Tertiary qualification in Mine or Engineering Surveying.

- Previous experience in underground mining (minimum 2–5 years preferred).

- Proficiency in Deswik, Trimble, or Leica software and equipment.

- Grade 1 or Grade 2 Mine Surveyor certification preferred.

- Current National Police Clearance and Australian Driver’s Licence.
