The Opportunities

You'll work closely with high-net-wealth individuals, families, and their businesses across industries. Your role will involve tax advisory, tax compliance, and family office services - including structuring, Division 7A, CGT, trust losses, succession, and estate planning. You'll also liaise directly with the ATO on Top 500 and Next 5000 programs, giving you exposure to Australia/'s most sophisticated private clients.

As a Senior Consultant ($100k - $120k):

- Deliver tax compliance and advisory work across a diverse client base

- Build technical knowledge in trusts, companies, partnerships, and individuals

- Support client portfolios while learning directly from senior leaders

- Contribute to projects in tax planning, structuring, and wealth transfer

As a Client Manager ($135k - $160k):

- Manage client groups with complex structures and multiple entities

- Build trusted, long-term relationships with families and business owners

- Provide succession, wealth preservation, and estate planning advice

- Mentor and support junior team members, fostering technical development

- Oversee client portfolios and ensure top-quality service delivery

What You Bring

- Strong experience in business services or private tax in public practice

- Exposure to high-net-wealth clients, family groups, and private businesses

- Strong technical grounding in Australian tax law (trusts, CGT, Division 7A, estate planning)

- Excellent communication and client relationship skills

- CA/CPA qualified (or working towards). CTA/ASFA/SMSF Specialist qualifications highly regarded
