Admin Manager

Responsibilities:
- Responding to, and screening incoming telephone calls.
- Accurate cash handling ability for balancing and banking.
- Liaising with suppliers and Finance to coordinate the timely payment of invoices.
- Manage and reconcile debtor accounts, ensuring timely payments.
- Perform accurate data entry with attention to detail and efficiency.
- Oversee cash float reconciliation and distribute funds to staff as needed.
- Ensure all cash floats are accurate and investigate & report discrepancies.
- Coordinate venue monthly compliance audits and follow up arising actions.
- Assist with the co-ordination of employee records and documentation.
Skills and experience:
- A minimum of 2 years working within a similar role.
- Experience with cash reconciliations and data entry is preferred.
- Experience within the hospitality industry is desired.
- A prior understanding of payroll procedures.
- Excellent communication skills and a proactive attitude.
- The ability to multitask and work independently.
- Proficient in computer systems and office software (e.g., Excel, Microsoft Office Suite).
- Hold a Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) & Responsible Service of Gaming Certification (desired, not mandatory).
