Key Responsibilities:

- Produce accurate and high-quality documentation using Revit across all project stages, with a focus on hospitality and commercial interiors

- Collaborate with designers and project leads to translate conceptual ideas into clear, buildable documentation

- Assist in project coordination and technical detailing in line with industry standards and codes

- Ensure documentation is delivered on time and aligns with client expectations and project milestones

- Liaise with consultants, suppliers, and contractors where required to support documentation accuracy

Skills and Experience:

- Proficiency in Revit – this is essential

- Minimum 4 years’ local experience in interior documentation, ideally within the hospitality or hotel sectors

- Solid understanding of interior construction methods, detailing, and joinery

- Familiarity with the full project lifecycle – design, coordination, documentation, and construction

- Strong communication and team collaboration skills

- A degree or diploma in Interior Design, Interior Architecture, or related field is advantageous
