About the Role
We are seeking a full time Pharmacist in Charge to join our team in a pharmacy located in the northern suburbs of Darwin. This pharmacy prides itself on providing comprehensive advice to the community. As PIC, your duties will include overseeing and working with the team to deliver excellent customer service, maintaining and building rapport with locals, dispensing and checking prescriptions, meet dispensary KPIs including Clinical Interventions, Medschecks, and other 7CPAs, stock ordering, vaccinations, dispensing OTP and much more. You will also be responsible for the day to day aspect of the business, including all areas of business operations, profit and performance, and the management, development and growth of dispensary and professional area within the pharmacy.
About the Ideal Candidate
- You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- You are energetic and enthusiastic
- You are friendly and enjoy interacting with customers and building rapport
- You have excellent computer skills
- You are proficient in Dispense works
- You are accredited to vaccinate or are willing to obtain accreditation
- You hold a current unrestricted Pharmacist registration with AHPRA.
- You are confident with OTP and CPOP.
About the Location
Located only 14 km from Darwin and home to the largest shopping centre in the northern territory.
The Offer
You will be working full time, 38 hours per week at a competitive hourly rate of $55-$60 per hour plus super depending on experience. This will include a night shift every Friday and may include the occasional weekend shift. Relocation assistance of $2000 available and accommodation assistance of 6 months of $200 a week and future partnership also on offer for the right candidate. There is also a retention bonus of $5000 after 12 months and $10,000 after 24 months.
