TTI is currently seeking a Supply Chain Planning Lead to join our team in 31 Gilby Rd, Mount Waverley, VIC, 3149. Reporting to the Supply Chain Planning Manager, your key duties will include:

- Broad supply chain planning discipline role - Demand, Supply and Supply Chain engagement
- This role sits within our Consumer division and focuses on our Ryobi, AEG, Kango, Empire and PowerFit Brands
- Stakeholder group is off-shore vendor to domestic customer and with Account, Product, Finance and Marketing internal teams
- Team of 5 ranging from very experienced to new to disciplines
- New org design meaning new ways of working and high level of change management

- Strong business acumen
- Continuous improvement mindset with demonstrated outcomes.
- Strong communication, problem solving and decision-making skills.
- High level of self-awareness
- Understanding of ERP systems including statistical modelling for Demand forecasting.
