About the Role

As a Belt Splicer Trainee at Rubberline, you’ll learn how to:

- Assist with hot and cold splicing on various types of conveyor belts (fabric, steel cord, etc.)

- Help install, repair, and maintain conveyor belts across different sites

- Follow all safety procedures and site-specific requirements

- Support the team with job reports and documentation

What We’re Looking For

- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn

- Good mechanical aptitude and attention to detail

- Ability to work safely and follow instructions

- Positive attitude and team player

- Current Australian Driver's License

Desirable (but not essential)

- Relevant trade or technical certifications

- White Card, or other industry-related tickets
