The opportunity:

Goodlife clubs are vibrant environments where no two days are the same. As a Club Manager at our Floreat club, you will inspire your team and lead your club to success. Your role involves utilizing your leadership, financial, analytical, and management skills to oversee all club operations and foster growth.

You will need to demonstrate strong interpersonal, communication, and sales skills to deliver an exceptional member experience and drive team success.

Key responsibilities:

- Manage sales budgets and analyze data to develop improvement strategies
- Contribute proactively to sales targets
- Oversee profit and loss management
- Lead in delivering outstanding member experiences and resolving concerns
- Recruit, train, and retain staff
- Conduct weekly 1:1 and team meetings with departmental leaders

To be successful in this role, you will need:

- Leadership experience managing a sales team with 5+ direct/indirect reports, preferably within the fitness industry
- Strong stakeholder management and excellent communication and time management skills
- Experience managing budgets and reporting on P&L
- The ability to engage and motivate a diverse team
