It’s a perfect opportunity to showcase exceptional merchandising & presentation skills. **Other expectations include:*** Always display & enforce a **safety culture** to ensure your safety, and that of your teammates & customers* Prior experience working in large format retail stores, focusing on displays, planograms & promotions* Multitasking & prioritisation skills* Leadership abilities (emerging or established) & ambition* Availability to work Tuesday to Saturday, or as discussed with Manager* Possess a valid driver's licence (manual preferred) to assist with deliveries from time-to-time* Passion for the automotive industry & Repco products (ideal)Note, this role will require lifting, bending & climbing.Lead daily store operations, inspire your team to smash goals, and own merchandising to keep the store looking sharp and customers coming back We are open to receiving applications from people without industry experience.
