Role Responsibilities:

Lead Product Development Projects – Manage engineering and project delivery for the water division, ensuring alignment with company objectives.

Design & Testing – Develop and qualify designs through detailed drawings, test plans, and laboratory validation to ensure product safety, compliance, and performance.

Documentation & Compliance – Maintain accurate Bills of Material and project documentation to support internal standards and government grant requirements.

Product Improvement – Continuously review existing products to identify opportunities for cost reduction, quality enhancement, and innovation.

Deliver on Key Performance Goals – Achieve design quality, commercial viability, and on‑time, on‑budget delivery targets while contributing new ideas and improvements.
