- Tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy, Exercise Physiology, Rehab Counselling, Psychology or Social Work
- Registration with relevant professional bodies such as AHPRA or ESSA
- Proven experience as an Area Manager in Occupational Rehabilitation with ability to mentor junior consultants
- PASSION FOR HELPING PEOPLE NAVIGATE COMPLEX REHABILITATION PLANS
- EXCELLENT STAKEHOLDER MANAGEMENT AND COMMUNICATION SKILLS
