Overview
Fragomen, a leading global law firm dedicated exclusively to immigration services worldwide, is seeking to hire Business Immigration Assistants on a casual contract basis. This role is suitable for talented students seeking an entry-level opportunity to assist Fragomen legal teams in preparing and filing visa applications. You may also support strategic advisory services to meet our clients’ business immigration needs and goals. Law students with an interest in immigration or administrative law are encouraged to apply. This is a great opportunity to learn more about this dynamic practice area and grow your legal acumen.
Responsibilities
- Support the delivery of immigration services to clients and help maintain strong and positive client relationships with both corporate and individual clients.
- Assist Fragomen legal teams in preparing and filing visa applications and related documentation.
- Support the provision of strategic advisory services to meet clients’ business immigration needs and goals.
- Engage with corporate clients, visa applicants and internal stakeholders as required.
- Work in a fast-paced, collaborative legal team environment, with attention to detail and adherence to established processes and procedures.
Qualifications
- Enrolled in a law degree (preferable) or working towards studying law
- Client service-oriented with excellent attention to detail
- Strong time management skills and self-motivation
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Ability to follow processes and procedures
- Proficiency with MS Office
Prior administration experience is highly desirable but not compulsory.
