The exciting opportunity

- Lead clinical and operational management of a residential aged care facility
- Drive quality, compliance, clinical governance, and resource management.
- Lead the senior clinical team and collaborate with other departments to maintain high standards.
- Oversee clinical and care delivery aligned with best practice and funding requirements.
- Contribute to strategic planning, budget development, and service improvement.
- Recruit, develop, and foster a positive team culture in a fast-paced environment.

About you

- Bachelor’s degree in a clinical field; post-graduate qualifications preferred.
- Proven experience in a Facility Manager or Residential Care Manager role in aged care.
- Strong knowledge of aged care regulatory environment, accreditation standards, and funding models such as AN-ACC.
- Demonstrated strategic leadership, analytical skills, and ability to implement change.
- Passionate about delivering person-centred care and leading teams to excellence.
- Excellent communication, governance, and operational skills.
