Kindalin Traineeships are the first step to becoming a great Educator.

Start your career in Early Childhood Education Join us at Kindalin Early Childhood Learning Centres

At Kindalin, you’ll begin your journey in a supportive, creative and professional environment that’s been helping children and Educators grow for over 35 years. You’ll earn while you learn, completing your Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care with hands‑on experience, guidance, and a welcoming team beside you every day.

What You’ll Receive:

- Paid, on‑the‑job training to complete your Certificate III

- Time during work hours to study and access to online learning tools

- Kindalin’s Onboarding Program — a structured introduction to our philosophy, curriculum, and professional culture

- Ongoing mentoring from qualified Educators and Educational Leaders

What You’ll Bring:

- A love of working with children and helping them learn through play

- Motivation to complete your Certificate III qualification

- Reliability, curiosity and a positive, caring attitude

- A current Working with Children Check (or willingness to obtain one)

- Australian permanent residency

- Flexibility to work a rotating roster between 7.00 am – 6.30 pm

No experience is needed — just a genuine desire to learn and to make a difference in the lives of children and families.
