The Workers Hubertus Country Club is located in Luddenham in Sydney’s southwest growth corridor. The Club is situated on 25 acres of land and is directly adjacent to the Badgerys Creek International Airport, Sydney’s long awaited second international facility. Benefits - Competitive casual rate above award rate - Employee Enterprise Agreement - Free onsite parking - Uniforms provided - Staff Christmas Party - Staff events - Trivia, Paint & Sip, Karaoke - Employee Assistance Program - up to 6 sessions annually About the Role In this All‑Rounder role, your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to: - Operating our automatic 7‑seater Courtesy Bus to drive Club patrons safely to their homes - Assisting in back of house kitchen areas as a Kitchen Hand - Building rapport with Members and Guests from diverse backgrounds - Assisting Members and Guests with enquiries and requests - Working in our Housekeeping, Bar and Gaming Area, including beverage service, TAB and Keno - Delivery of great customer service experiences accurately and efficiently - Maintaining cleanliness of our service areas Requirements - Unlimited NSW Drivers' License with clear driving record - Current RSA and RCG qualification is essential - Current First Aid certification or willing to obtain - Previous experience in Hospitality is preferred - Willing to work in smoking areas - Be available to work Wednesday – Sunday, day, evening and weekend shifts as required - Able to meet the physical requirements of the role including standing for long periods of time - While this role will predominantly be based at our Hubertus Country Club in Luddenham, you may be required to work at the other venues as needed Get to Know Us Get to know us more at https://workerslifestylegroup.com.au/careers/ How to Apply Provide a copy of your resume outlining why you would be a suitable candidate for the position.
