Your Role at Adore Beauty
As a Store Manager, you'll lead from the front—setting the standard for exceptional customer experience and team engagement. You'll have the opportunity to shape your store's culture from day one, building an authentic, supportive, and dynamic environment where everyone thrives.

Day to Day Responsibilities:

- Lead, train, and motivate a high-performing team to foster a positive work environment
- Drive sales and performance through effective merchandising, promotions, and top-tier customer service
- Monitor sales data, identify trends, and implement strategies for growth
- Manage daily operations, including inventory, visual merchandising, and loss prevention
- Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and safety regulations
- Collaborate with marketing and customer experience teams to align store efforts with broader business goals

- Proven experience in a retail leadership role (beauty or fashion experience highly valued)
- A hands-on approach and the ability to stay calm under pressure
- Confidence in leading a team and having clear, direct conversations
- A practical mindset and willingness to roll up your sleeves
- A values-driven leader who cares about people and performance in equal measure
