
Sales Specialist, Out of Home Coffee

Due to an internal move, we’re looking for a Sales Specialist to join our Out of Home (OOH) coffee team The Sales Specialist acts as the first point of contact for key customers with a focus on account management, driving revenue streams through business development, and ensuring quality service and products. This is a permanent full-time position based on the road visiting customers, with our office based in Southbank.
In this role, you will:
1. Manage state-based accounts and key stakeholders
2. Develop and execute sales strategies
3. Facilitate coffee training as required by your customers
4. Identify opportunities within existing accounts, and acquire new business
5. Manage customer data and contract compliance
Qualifications
For this role as a Sales Specialist, we’re looking for someone who has the following skills and experience:
1. You hold a minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar B2B role
2. Previous Coffee industry experience is preferred
3. You have strong commercial acumen
4. You have excellent written and verbal communication skills to negotiate and maintain relationships
5. You have a ‘customer first’ mindset
6. Computer proficient with MS365 Office Suite applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
7. You hold a valid and unrestricted driver’s license
