About the Role

At Capitol Bar, we’re always pouring and it’s never boring. As aBartender, you’ll craft classic cocktails and bold new creations, deliver standout service with flair, and help create unforgettable guest experiences. This role suits someone who thrives in fast-paced, high-end bar environment, with strong mixology skills, product knowledge, and a natural ability to connect with people.

Skills & Experience

- 1 - 2 years of experience working as a bartender in a restaurant, hotel or cocktail bar.
- Good knowledge and experience on making a variety of cocktails.
- Strong overall beverage knowledge across spirits, beers and wines.
- Personable, enjoy working in a busy environment and engaging with guests.
- Good communication, a team player and attention to detail.
- Adaptable and the ability to multi-task and anticipate the guests needs.
- Enjoy working in a hotel environment and have flexibility to support different outlets.
