A leading technology-driven mining organisation is seeking a Platform Engineer with experience across cloud, operational technology (OT), and Edge environments. This role is pivotal in accelerating business outcomes and enabling advanced research and engineering workflows.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design and implement an Internal Development Platform to streamline cloud-native development.
- Deliver reusable services, patterns, and libraries to reduce DevOps effort and operational overhead.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and deliver strategic objectives.
- Build APIs, user guides, and tooling to support squad interactions and service consumption.
- Drive technical delivery across development and research initiatives.

What You’ll Bring:

- Proven experience in Cloud, OT/Edge, and research computing environments.
- Strong skills in Kubernetes, AWS, Python, TypeScript, and Terraform.
- Expertise in DevOps automation, API development, and high-performance computing.
- Familiarity with observability platforms, application security, and scientific computing is a plus.

Tech Stack Includes: GitHub, GitHub Actions, Kubernetes, Terraform, Python, PowerShell, Bash, Linux, and open-source monitoring tools.
