As a Goodstart Educator, you'll become a vital part of our team, working alongside Senior Educators and our Educational Leader to craft and enhance exceptional learning programs for our children. About Goodstart Moreton Downs:

- Our Moreton Downs childcare centre is a beautiful purpose built centre, in Deception Bay, five minutes from the Bruce Highway and 10 minutes from North Lakes Westfield, with local shops and public transport at our doorstep
- We are a 75 place centre, open from 6.30am-6.30pm and rated Exceeding NQS
- We support children to grow and learn as they discover their own identity and encourage them to be proud of what makes them unique
- We have carefully designed and planned spaces to encourage a stronger understanding of the environment and sustainability – while giving children the scope to explore, play and let their imaginations roam, there is lots of nature play and helping with our bush tucker garden
- Community is important to us and through we have strong connections with our community and local elders
- We aim to provide a nurturing and engaging care environment where every child feels safe and secure to explore all aspects of our play-based learning programs
- We have a positive and inclusive team culture with low staff turn over

You’ll need:

- Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood (or ACECQA approved equivalent)
- Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards
- Current QLD Working with Children Check
