Opportunity

As our Product Manager – AI/ML, you are responsible for shaping and delivering Qoria’s AI/ML product strategy. This includes leading the development of innovative solutions, partnering on integration across products, and ensuring AI/ML is deployed ethically and responsibly. You will connect research, product development, and customer needs to bring AI-powered products to life, helping Qoria stay at the forefront of digital safety and education technology.

Responsibilities

- Innovative AI/ML Products – Translate customer needs and research insights into cutting-edge AI/ML solutions that strengthen Qoria’s product portfolio.

- Successful Product Integration – Work with product leaders to embed AI/ML into core offerings, enhancing functionality, trust, and user experience.

- Product Development Lifecycle Excellence – Own and manage the AI/ML backlog, user requirements, and delivery priorities, ensuring alignment with Qoria’s PDLC.

- Ethical & Responsible AI – Champion fairness, transparency, privacy, and compliance, embedding governance and “human-in-the-loop” principles into all AI/ML initiatives.

- Strategic Contribution – Shape the long-term AI/ML roadmap, aligned with Qoria’s FY26+ AI pillars:

- Build a world-class foundational data platform

- Drive Evolutionary AI (smarter products today)

- Pursue Revolutionary AI (future of safety)

- Operationalise for excellence and trust

What you will bring

- Education

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, AI/ML, or related field (Master’s preferred but not required).

- Experience

- 5+ years in AI/ML product management, with at least 3 years in a product leadership role.

- Proven record of shipping AI/ML features or products to market.

- Experience working in agile product development lifecycles.

- Technical Skills

- Familiarity with Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and similar ML frameworks.

- Understanding of Machine Learning, deep learning, NLP, computer vision, related areas.

- Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and model deployment at scale.

- Other Skills

- Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

- Ability to influence cross-functional teams.

- Passion for solving complex problems and delivering measurable value.
