Your Role:
Are you passionate about marketing campaigns that drive real results? Join us as an Acquisition Marketing Specialist and be at the heart of our efforts to grow and retain our member base. In this hands on role, you’ll execute campaigns, manage creative assets and track performance to make a tangible impact.
What You’ll Do:
- Execute day to day marketing campaigns across digital channels (paid media, social media and email).
- Maintain and update website content to ensure a seamless member experience.
- Support acquisition and retention communications in marketing campaigns.
- Coordinate campaign rollout with internal teams and external agencies.
- Monitor and report on campaign performance, providing actionable insights.
- Stay on top of market trends, customer behaviour and competitor activity to inform campaigns.
What We’re Looking For:
- 2 - 3 years’ experience in marketing and be ready to take the next step into a specialist position, ideally within financial services or a similar sector.
- Hands on experience supporting integrated marketing campaigns from start to finish.
- Solid understanding of digital marketing channels, paid media and social content.
- Familiarity with Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager and website CMS platforms.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Canva, and Adobe Creative Cloud.
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities.
- A team player who can also work independently and take ownership of projects.
