The Client

Our client is a progressive national law firm located in the Brisbane CBD with a positive and supportive culture. They offer 1 day per week work from home. The firm boasts stunning, professional offices with a coffee shop/cafe in the building, with great food options for lunch.

The Role

This role supports 2 Corporate and Commercial Partners and a small team of lawyers with matters including mergers and acquisitions, capital raising, joint ventures, capital markets, corporate governance and commercial contracting.

Duties include:

- Opening and closing files
- Liaising with clients locally and interstate
- Preparing and amending legal documents
- Preparing routine correspondence
- Diary management
- Monthly billing
- Filing and general admin tasks.

You

To be considered for the role, you will need 2 or more year's experience as a legal assistant or legal secretary. You will be well presented, reliable and able to work as a team member.

Salary/Benefits

The firm is offering a salary up to $95K pkge, 1 day work from home per week after probation, full induction program, discount products and coupons on various items such as beauty, movie tickets, private health discounts, casual Fridays, yearly salary reviews and more.
