Primary Purpose of Position

The role is for a Qualified Spray Painter to spray paint and perform minor repairs to agricultural equipment and trucks to the standard of an automotive standard and finish.

Responsibilities

- The role is for a Qualified Spray Painter to spray paint and perform minor repairs to agricultural equipment and trucks to the automotive standard and finish.

- Work in a way that actively promotes the company's commitment to the highest standard of health and safety in the workplace by adhering to the company's OH&S systems, procedures and policies.

- Maintain a workplace that reflects the brand image by ensuring work areas are kept clean and tidy.

- Carry out thorough inspections on customer's equipment in accordance with written work instructions so the company can meet its promise to its customers of providing a second to none inspection service.

- Carry out paint repairs to customer equipment to the highest possible standard in accordance with written and verbal instructions.

- Complete all required paperwork and take accountability for your work quality.

- Carry out any reasonable request that is within your scope of trade, training or knowledge.

- Ensure all work is carried out to a standard that meets or exceeds our customer's expectations.

- Complete all relevant documentation accurately and promptly including time sheets, repair orders and quality documentation.

- Train and induct new employees in all areas of working at the company. Share ideas and knowledge to find innovative solutions to further enhance customer satisfaction and improve operational efficiencies.
