The Role:

We're looking for a passionate Group Fitness Manager to join our Fitness Cartel team in a part-time role (16 hours per week) plus ability to earn more cash teaching classes at times that suit you

In this exciting position, you'll be at the heart of our club, growing and energising our Group Fitness offerings. Your goal will be to inspire members on their fitness journeys and foster a vibrant, supportive community within the club.

Key Responsibilities:

- Drive Attendance Growth in Group Fitness classes, helping more members experience the benefits of group workouts.
- Recruit, Mentor, and Support Instructors to maintain a high standard of classes.
- Adapt Seasonal Timetables for live and virtual classes to suit our members' needs.
- Manage Instructor Invoices and ensure timely, accurate processing.
- Promote Group Fitness on social media, showcasing our classes and community.
- Communicate Club Promotions and updates to the Instructor Team, keeping everyone aligned with club goals.

What You'll Need to Succeed:

- Experience: 3+ years teaching Group Fitness with a solid understanding of group dynamics.
- Les Mills Certification: Qualified in at least two Les Mills programs, with AIM1/AIM2 or advanced training in at least one.
- Team Player: Work closely with the Club Manager and National Group Fitness Manager to ensure seamless operations.
- Personable and Member-Focused: Friendly and approachable, you'll be a key contact for members and staff alike.
- Self-Motivated: Able to work autonomously, manage time effectively, and stay organised.
- Communication Skills: Confident in engaging with others and fluent in English.
- Tech-Savvy: Comfortable with Excel and ready to learn new systems with provided training.
