Senior Solution Architect for Agentic Development

Our tribe is responsible for developing and maintaining the Group-wide workflow and case-handling platform, which drives and automates key processes across the organisation.

We are building a team to deliver AI-enabled capabilities, develop innovative solutions for process automation, and create significant value for the business using a “build once, use many times” approach. In this role, you will have the opportunity to contribute to our vision, experiment with new ideas, and test various solutions.

Our diverse team operates across multiple locations, including Lithuania, Denmark, Finland, and India. You will collaborate closely with other squads within the tribe, stakeholders from different tribes and business units, as well as external vendors and partners.

You will:

- Design and implement AI-powered tools and solutions for workflow and process automation

- Evaluate and select suitable AI technologies, frameworks, and tools for projects in focus

- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to integrate advanced AI capabilities efficiently into our workflow automation platform

- Oversee the integration of AI systems and patterns with existing infrastructure and applications

- Stay informed about the latest trends in AI and apply them to address complex business challenges

- Understand the business domain, design solutions to meet both short- and long-term business needs, and bridge the communication between the business and technical domains

About you:

- Demonstrated experience as a software architect or in a similar role

- A strong track record of hands‑on software development, with the ability to guide and mentor teams by example

- Experience in designing and transforming complex enterprise systems

- Knowledge of workflow automation tools, such as Camunda, is an advantage

- Ability to communicate architecture to both technical and non‑technical stakeholders

- Strong collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in cross‑functional teams

Monthly salary range from 5600 EUR to 8400 EUR gross (based on your competencies relevant for the job).
