We have an exciting opportunity for afull time,Kindergarten Teacherto join our team at Chinchilla Christian College, commencing in January 2026.

Our Kindergarten offers beautiful indoor and outdoor spaces that encourage children to explore the world around them and offers a play-based program that inspires young minds to grow, experiment and learn new skills.

As the Kindergarten Teacher, you will take on the role as Educational Leader and be responsible for the day to day program.

Teacher

Remuneration

As a Kindergarten Teacher, you will receive aremuneration package circa $88,824 – $127,519 (depending on experience)plus superper annum.

Qualities, Qualifications, Skills

To be successful in this role, you will have approved Early Childhood Teaching qualifications, a passion for Kindergarten Teaching and a strong knowledge of the Early Childhood sector.

You will have:

- Provide a current Christian church leader as a referee.

- A Bachelor’s Degree in Education (Early Childhood), or other approved Early Childhood Teaching qualifications

- Support the College’s mission, aims and values.

- Be innovative and enthusiastic.

- Contribute to co-curricular activities.

- Be experienced in promoting effective student welfare and behaviour management.

- Demonstrate strong organisational skills, with an ability to effectively prioritise.

- The ability to teach from a Christian perspective.

- Possess excellent interpersonal, communication and collaboration skills.

- Hold current Australian work authorisation
