The Role: We are seeking a dynamic Senior Sous Chef to lead our kitchen operations with passion and precision. This role is perfect for a hands-on culinary expert who thrives in a bustling environment and excels in Italian cuisine.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead and manage kitchen service with energy and expertise.
2. Deliver exceptional culinary experiences.
3. Maintain high standards of food preparation and presentation.
4. Train and mentor all kitchen staff.
5. Collaborate closely with the Head Chef to ensure smooth service flow.

1. Extensive experience in high-volume, fast-paced kitchens.
