About the Role

As a Health & Safety Graduate, you will be offered a permanent role and become a valuable member of the Health, Safety and Training team at our mine sites. Glencore is committed to keeping our workplace safe, and you will play an important role in assisting line management to identify, develop, coordinate, and implement health and safety initiatives, management systems and strategy. From day one, you will work together with an experienced team at the coal face. Some of the tasks you will participate in include risk assessments, incident investigations, change management, assurance and auditing, health and safety programs/initiatives, training, and emergency management. You will be placed on a rotational program to experience multiple sites, fast tracking your knowledge of our business and the industry. We value development of our talent and give you access to a formal 'Professional Development Program' designed to accelerate your leadership potential.

- Residential Hunter Valley, NSW
- Residential Mudgee, NSW
- Residential Greater Mackay region, QLD
- Residential Greater Emerald region, QLD

About You

- Qualified with a tertiary qualification in health/safety/occupational hygiene, or similar (prior to commencement)
- Committed to maintaining a safe work environment
- Exhibit an openness and willingness to learn
