The Opportunity Casual positions are available for experienced Cocktail Bartenders. Deliver a best-in-class experience for our guests. Ideal Candidate Must Have - Experience as a Bartender in a premium venue - Immaculate presentation and exceptional communication - Demonstrated experience in exceeding guest expectations - Adaptable and able to multi-task effectively - Strong work ethic and a "can do" attitude - Outgoing personality and genuine interest in the day-to-day operations - Excellent attention to detail and time management - Availability to work a rotating roster including opening and closing shifts, weekends and public holidays - A valid RSA certificate Working with Lucas Collective At Lucas Collective, we champion growth.
