As an Educational Leader at Goodstart, you'll collaborate with Educators in your centre to observe, review, and continuously enhance the educational programs offered to children. You'll deepen the team's understanding of child development and early years content, guiding the application of the Early Years Learning Framework. Working closely with the centre leadership team, you'll lead transformative changes and champion excellence in educational practice.

- Goodstart Golden Square is located in a quiet residential area that is close to local shops, schools, sporting facilities and bus services.

- The centre is a 135-place centre with 8 rooms.

You’ll need:

- Diploma in Early Childhood (or ACECQA approved equivalent)

- Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards

- Current VIC Working with Children Check
