BFT Wangaratta is seeking an energetic and passionate fitness professional to join their high-performing coaching team.

ABOUT THE ROLE
Our Coaches are the face of our business. They are an integral part of everything we do and are critical to the happiness and growth of our membership base - from making members feel welcome the moment they step in the Studio, to being the energy in the room - motivating, inspiring and coaching members through sessions.
Our Coaches use their knowledge, skills and abilities to teach safe and effective exercise at all times, making sure our members receive the best possible training experience, whilst also having the skills to manage new client interactions and build our incredible community.
ABOUT YOU
Do you have the following experience and qualities?
- Relevant qualification in fitness
- Ability to foster an awesome member community
- A desire to help people achieve their goals
- Exceptional communication skills
- An ability to think on your feet to solve problems
- Team player, with the ability to use initiative and work solo
- Flexibility and willingness to step outside the bounds of the role
- Ability to “be the energy in the room”
