What will you do?
- Support daily culinary operations for event and non-event catering
- Maintain consistency in quality and presentation standards
- Minimise waste effectively
- Collaborate with the Head Chef to establish and execute food service standards
- Monitor dish quality throughout preparation and presentation
More about you
- Proven experience as a Chef de Partie in a high-volume environment
- Ability to perform well under pressure and meet deadlines
- Strong team player with the ability to work independently
- Proficient in HACCP principles and maintaining food safety records
- Effective communication skills to keep the team updated
Remuneration on offer: $81,042 + superannuation
