Key Responsibilities

- Manage customer accounts and oversee cash collections
- Respond promptly and accurately to customer enquiries about account status
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with both customers and internal stakeholders
- Assist customer service teams with resolving account disputes
- Prepare and update stop service lists and related data
- Engage directly with customers to process outstanding invoices and meet KPI targets
- Work closely with colleagues and leadership to reduce aged debt and minimize financial risk

What You’ll Bring

- Proven experience in high-volume B2B collections, with strong reconciliation abilities
- A customer-first mindset and the ability to build trust and rapport
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent time management and organizational skills, with a sense of urgency
- Clear and confident communication skills
- Ability to work independently, make decisions, and escalate where necessary
- Tech-savviness and a willingness to learn new systems
- Experience in the waste industry is a bonus, but what really matters is your motivation, drive, and resilience in a fast-paced environment
